The Courage Lab

Work with me

Bring what’s on your mind.
Even the unfinished version.

Private coaching for women who want space to hear themselves think, question what no longer fits, and make choices they can stand behind.

Start with a conversation

What it’s like

Honest conversation.
Something to try.

We begin with a real situation: a decision you keep putting off, a conversation you’re avoiding, or a pattern you’re tired of repeating.

I’ll ask questions, reflect what I’m hearing, and help you examine the assumptions underneath it. We’ll look for a next step that makes sense in the life you actually have.

That might be asking for something directly, trying a boundary, or noticing when an old story takes over. We use what you learn to decide where to go next.

You can disagree, change your mind, or say that something doesn’t fit. That belongs in the conversation too.

Ways to begin

A conversation first.

25 minutes · Complimentary

Discovery conversation

Talk about what brought you here, ask questions, and see how it feels to talk together. There’s no pressure to book a session.

60 minutes

A single session

Space to explore one situation, decision, or recurring pattern. A session can stand on its own.

Ongoing · One to one

Room to keep going

Regular conversations as you work through a season of change, try things between sessions, and make sense of what you’re learning.

Ask about current fees and availability in your inquiry. We can discuss those before you decide whether to book.

Ask about working together

A few things you might wonder

Before we talk.

What if I don’t know what I need?

That’s a reasonable place to start. You can bring a feeling, a question, or one example of something that keeps happening. You don’t need to turn it into a goal before we speak.

Do I have to be interested in spirituality?

No. Reflection can be as practical as writing something down or looking at a decision together. Meditation, intuition, or tarot as a reflective tool only belong in the conversation if they fit you.

Is coaching the same as therapy?

Coaching focuses on personal reflection, choices, and action. It doesn’t provide therapy, diagnosis, medical care, or addiction treatment. We can discuss whether the support you’re looking for fits the work I offer.

How do we meet?

The initial conversation can be by video or phone. When you inquire, we’ll arrange a time and discuss the practical details of working together.

Do I have to commit to ongoing sessions?

No. The discovery conversation is complimentary, and a single coaching session can stand alone. You can ask questions and decide what makes sense for you.

You can start with “I’m not sure.”

You don’t need a plan for the rest of your life. Tell me a little about what brought you here, and we’ll take it from there.
